Briggs 2019 Easter Message

Okay Briggs Family, its time to start thinking about your egg for our 2019 Easter Egg Decorating Contest. I have already started gathering prizes and creating homemade items for this event. We’ll have options for both adults and our younger generation. This year we will also introduce a trophy for the grand prize winner. This will be returned each year at the event where it will be given to the next grand prize winner. So get your creative juices flowing! Can’t wait to see what you come up with.

In the mean time, I’ll update this site to entice you to get your GAME ON! Prizes are in the beginning phases, and we’ll add to each as we get closer.

The Briggs Wine Travel Box

This could be considered the grand prize... It will include a variety of accessories, including signage attached by magnets asking to "Return to Owner" (if used as a travel box), or highlighting your magnanimous win being a "2019 Briggs Family Easter Egg Contest winner", or just stating you are an "Official Wine Taster". The message is up to you. More to come on this one... it's work in progress.

Prize will include one bottle of wine, magnets for accessories, removable signage, and a wine opener.

"Eat Beef" Wooden Spoon

This whimsical spoon is intended to make you smile as you cook your meals after a hard day or on a weekend of fun times with friends.

This prize will include a quart of homeade KB spagetti sauce.

Humming Bird Wooden Spatula

This wooden spatula will come in handy in the kitchen when cooking anything that requires some stiring and movement of yummy bits at the bottom of your sauce pan or pot. It's the perfect reminder of spring in the long winter months and a reminder for us Californians to fill up our humming bird feeders.

This prize will come with some of Uncle Greg's secret meat rub.
